Bookkeeper

Excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper who likes working in a smaller office environment. This person will handle key functions in several vital areas including bookkeeping, assisting in development of the annual operating budget, managing bank accounts and office management.

Bookkeeping responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Preparing payroll and payroll taxes

  • Filing quarterly tax reports

  • Maintaining employee benefits records

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements

  • Monthly review of all general ledger accounts

  • Assisting CPA with year-end review

  • QuickBooks experience preferred
