Our client, a progressive, growing company, with a new state of the art facility, is looking for an exceptional Sales Trainee. This position offers an eighteen month training program so you will be ready to take over a highly profitable, established sales territory when the current rep retires. There is minimal overnight travel involved; most visits can be accomplished in day trips. A car will be provided when you take over the territory, as well as mileage being paid. Our client is looking for a self-directed individual who is willing to invest the time and effort to learn the job, starting in the warehouse and merchandising department. Because this is such a profitable territory, it is important to have a friendly, outgoing person with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and personalities; this person's goal will be to maintain rapport with current customers as well as building new relationships. Salary and commission increase throughout the training period ---- this is a very lucrative position!!
