Be an important part of this small, locally owned business. Our client is looking for an experienced accounting person who can support the billing area and be in charge of contract administration. A background in the construction industry is a perfect fit for this position. Responsibilities include managing contracts in the following ways: coordinating with the estimators to determine billing amounts; completing paperwork on projects such as sales tax forms; keeping track of inventory and equipment used on jobs; communicating with project managers and customers; managing the accounts receivables and making sure that money received is applied to the appropriate accounts within each project.
