Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll administrator with flex benefits experience to head up a busy department. This position is responsible for administering clients' payroll, including cutting checks, generating bank ACH files, tax deposits, and federal and state tax form filings for federal and state withholding and unemployment, W2's and 1099's for several companies. This person is also responsible for cafeteria plan administration including generating plan documents, adjudicating claims, nondiscrimination testing, forfeiture reporting, plan compliance issues and enrollment meetings. Other duties include setting up new clients in payroll and flex systems, accounts receivable including tracking payments and generating invoices and reports, record keeping and bank reconciliations. QuickBooks experience is required along with Word and Excel. You must have strong organizational and client relationship skills, and be able to work well independently.
