Exciting opportunity to help create new Executive Assistant position! The President of a growing, dynamic company is looking for an assistant to help organize his office. Only experienced Executive Assistant candidates, who have worked directly for a President or CEO, will be considered. Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings for off-site locations; managing both business and personal calendars; making travel arrangements; creating PowerPoint presentations; screening and prioritizing phone calls; and making sure that all agendas are prepared and all materials are ready and at their destinations ahead of meeting times.
