Newly created position with a great company! Requires a minimum of two years experience in either the architectural or construction field. The emphasis of this position will be processing contracts and managing project databases. Duties include initiating contracts for new jobs; distributing contracts for signatures; initiating and completing amendments and filing executed documents. Database management includes assigning project numbers; initiating and updating project information; completing and updating fee worksheets and updating construction administration information. This position is also responsible for maintaining individual and company licenses in other states. Experience with shop drawings a plus. Proficient in Windows based computer and Microsoft products.
