Senior Operations Manager

 

Our client, a successful, growing financial services company is ready to hire a Senior Operations Manager. This position requires an experienced manager with a very strong and solid background of financial and insurance industry related experience. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and motivating agents and giving them the tools that they need to achieve their goals; as well as being in charge of promotional activities. Other responsibilities include managing an office staff of twenty employees, including hiring, firing, training, and directing work flow. The successful candidate must have exceptional sales and management experience. A four year degree is preferred.
