Leading Wisconsin manufacturer is searching for an experienced Quality Manager to join their growing organization! This position will be managing the development and maintenance of company quality policies and programs relating to the business systems and product requirements as well as coordinating daily operations by leading and directing employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to participating in capital purchases and long-term contract negotiations as well as managing the internal quality audit system. The preferred candidate will be a degreed quality professional with 5+ years quality experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role. ISO 9001:2000, TS16949, ISO 14000, QS9000. APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, customer interface experience is preferred.
