Sales Manager

Opportunity to join a leading Wisconsin organization for career growth!  Our client is searching for an experienced manufacturing sales manager to develop and implement national sales strategies for increasing sales and profits.  This senior level position requires significant sales experience in a manufacturing setting and is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing sales and marketing strategies to support selling to national customers.
• Under minimal supervision, carry out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge in the field of specialization and of the organization in order to interpret and apply policies, as well as develop recommendations for change.
• Participate in Product Development Teams as needed.
• Serve as a resource for others in resolution of complex customer problems and concerns.

Requirements for this opportunity include a bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred with engineering emphasis helpful.  Demonstrated progressive sales responsibility and measurable results within the specialty.
