Our client, a leader in its industry, is looking for an energetic and passionate engineering professional to join their product development team. If you are a design or product development engineer looking for challenge and growth, this may be the opportunity for you! This position is located in Southern Iowa. Primary responsibilities in this role will be moving new products and product improvements after through production implementation. Also, this position requires the ability to work with detailed final design, documentation, development of tooling with manufacturing and coordination with purchasing department. This position will supervise a small drafting area. The preferred candidates will be degreed, BSME or AgE, with proven design and product development experience. Previous experience with mobile equipment or Ag or truck design is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work within a team environment are a must!
