Our client, a Fortune 500 leader in the consumer and commercial goods, is looking for an energetic and passionate Continuous Improvement professional to join their product development team. Responsibilities for this position include managing and leading the Continuous Improvement function through developing and implementing lean processes, training employees in Kaizen, planning and directing all continuous improvement activities and events and recommending improvements or modifications within the organization. The preferred candidate will be degreed, BSME or related degree, with proven experience. A minimum of five years Kaizan experience is required and will be a key player in this dynamic organization. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work within a team environment are a must!
