Our client, an industry leader, located in Central Missouri, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to be responsible for providing technical support for all manufacturing systems, processes, and maintenance. As well as perform design work, purchase equipment, provide technical support to assist production, manufacturing and other functional areas as needed. Duties for the position include: conducting studies for new equipment and processes, justifying capital expenditures, purchasing tooling and equipment for new products, supervising installation of new or relocated manufacturing equipment, training appropriate personnel on new technology, designing and draw equipment and tooling using CAD. To be considered for the opportunity you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, master’s degree preferred. Also, previous success with project management and systems methodology and the ability to function in an environment with constantly changing priorities and direction and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
