Our client, an industry leader, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer for its manufacturing plant located in Central Iowa. Responsibilities will focus on tooling & equipment processes for the plant facility including new releases, modifications, replacements, repairs and the supervision of tool and die staff. The successful candidate will possess the following:
§ BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred § At least 3 years experience working in tooling and process engineering § A working knowledge of manufacturing processes, methods, equipment, tooling & inspection § Strong leadership skills with proven ability to provide clear direction in a UAW work environment § Excellent communication & interpersonal skills This Company offers the opportunity to learn and grow at a profitable manufacturer and offers a competitive benefit package & retirement program.
