The Plant Manager will be responsible production, inventory control, scheduling, distribution & warehousing, lean manufacturing. This position reports to the General Manager. To be successful in this position you must be a team builder who is able to hire and develop talent while striving to take the plant to a world class manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a degreed professional with proven experience in nonunion plant/manufacturing management for a 300+ person facility.
