Our client, a leader in the consumer and commercial goods, is looking for an energetic and passionate Continuous Improvement professional to join their product development team. Responsibilities for this position include managing and leading the Continuous Improvement function through developing and implementing lean processes, plant layout changes, planning and directing all continuous improvement activities and events and recommending improvements or modifications within the organization. This position is a key player in this dynamic organization. The preferred candidate will be degreed, BSME or related degree, with 3-5 years experience of lean implementation in a sophisticated lean environment. Along with proven ability to create change. Experience as a trainer and team facilitator are required. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work within a team environment are a must! Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred.
