The following are ideas to assist you in “Interviewing For Success.”Before the interview: Research the company. Company websites are valuable sources of information. Other sources include reference guides such as AM Best Company. At the conclusion of the interview, ask the interviewer for their business card so you may follow up with a “Thank you note”. Send the note out within 24 to 48 hours of the interview. Keep it brief. Thank them for taking the time to speak with you, state your interest, and how you can make an impact in their organization or department.
