They have offices nationwide and looking for dynamic individuals to lead their agency sales force. You will be accountable for the achievement of assigned P&C objectives and assigned Financial Services objectives. Responsible for daily supervision and field suitability for registered representatives. Responsible for helping Agents develop, implement and execute an individually designed business plan. Directly accountable for helping Agents achieve business plan goals to increase growth, profitability, retention, and new business. Manages the performance and results of Agents through training, product support, and collaboration on design strategy of business plan. Responsible for facilitating diagnosis of current agencies' business environment, including operations, financials, marketing, and human resources to develop agency business plan focused on agency goals Qualified candidates will have 6-8 years of applicable agency sales management experience related to strategic planning, marketing, sales management, or business administration within a property/casualty insurance operation. Must have P/C license and Series 26. Additional licenses and designations such as CPCU, CLU, FLMI are preferred.
