Our client has been in business for nearly a century and is rated A- (excellent) by A.M. Best. They are currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead the charge of new sales for their Dental and Vision products. You will develop, increase, and maintain the flow of premium from wholesale organizations, independent agents, and agencies. This person will also be responsible for identifying suitable new market niches, product lines, and specific joint venture or marketing partnership opportunities for pursuit. As the Director of Sales you will serve a key leadership role in the marketing department in terms of the marketing plan and focus in order to nurture a culture of enthusiastic pursuit of new ventures. Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of experience in dental and vision sales management. Detailed knowledge of niche markets and products a must with expertise in Voluntary Products preferred. A sound track record of recruiting and developing profitable sales distribution required. CLU, ChFC, or FLMI designations a plus.
