Our client is a dynamic general agency that is expanding its operations and they are looking for three (3) Regional Sales Managers to operate in the Oklahoma/Arkansas, Central/West Texas and Colorado areas. These positions will include responsibility for prospecting, training, motivating, managing and cultivating Property and Casualty Independent Agents. Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic, be ambitious, goal-oriented, pro-active and possess strong sales/negotiating abilities. Candidates must also understand the MGA and Independent Agency distribution models. A college degree and proficiency in Microsoft applications is required as is travel on a regular basis. For the Texas position: familiarity with Texas markets and existing Texas agency relationships is a plus.
