Great opportunity to use your supervisory expertise. Our client is a growing carrier seeking talented and dynamic supervisory talent. To be considered, you should have a 4 year degree and have previous management/supervisory experience in the property insurance industry. You should have in depth knowledge of property estimating and the ability to train subordinate claims representatives on reconciling estimates. You will be a team leader and have the ability to analyze statistical reports and recommend/implement improvements to gain efficiencies. In addition, you will work with department of insurance offices to resolve complaints and complete state required reports.
