As a Network Development Specialist you will work from your home (though you do have the option of working out of a local sales office if our client has one near your home) to recruit dentists into their PPO network. You will solicit potential providers and facilitate the contracting process into our client's panel. You will prepare a recruitment strategy and a business plan for each network target area. To be considered you will need to offer around four or more years related recruiting experience and/or extensive experience in a dentist's office.
