Our client is one of the largest E&S providers in the country. With offices throughout the east coast and western United States, they offer commercial excess and specialty business through a network of wholesale general agents. The medical professional liability division is very successful and they are looking for an individual with strong underwriting skills to join the department. This position will provide professional liability, general liability and excess casualty products geared towards physicians, managed care facilities, social service operations and skilled nurse practitioners. This position will involve managing a profitable underwriting territory and developing strong agency contacts. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of casualty underwriting experience, preferably with a strong professional liability and E&S background.
