Our client has been in the risk management business since 1910 and is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the western United States. They are a family owned company that is large enough to have bargaining power with the most competitive markets but small enough to personalize the direction and control of your career. Their Phoenix office is an integral part of their growth and they seek experienced producers to join their organization.

As Producer/Sales Executive

  • Your background will include significant experience attracting and retaining middle market commercial business
  • You will have the opportunity to expand upon our client's core industries or add your own proven specialty to their lines of business
  • You must have an established track record of generating new business with recent experience controlling at least a $500,000 revenue book of business
  • You must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to shape the direction of your own business

Producer/Sales Executive Qualifications

  • Desired candidates have produced a significant book of property/casualty business in industries such as life sciences, real estate management, technology, construction and healthcare
  • You are a true hunter interested in maintaining current client relationships and developing a lasting career with a focused, progressive organization
  • Must be well respected and networked within the Phoenix community
