Insurance Job Description

Our client is a leading insurance brokerage in the nation and is actively seeking new talent to bring into their dynamic working environment in Phoenix.  They are looking for a Commercial Lines Sales Executive to come on board with a newly designed approach to selling Property & Casualty insurance coverages.  They have radically changed their infrastructure and support to provide a platform of tools and resources to producers for immediate and long-lasting success in the commercial lines marketplace.  As a producing manager you will retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as acquire new ones by actively engaging with and networking in the community, especially in the middle market segment.  You will also have responsibility for mentoring and managing other producers in the office.

Commercial Lines Sales Executive Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lines sales experience in a progressive agency environment. 

  • State insurance license required, with additional industry designations preferred.
