Our client is a leading insurance firm that is seeking a National Practice Leader, Healthcare to assume the responsibility for the overall performance of the Managed Care Practice within the Healthcare Industry segment.

National Practice Leader, Healthcare Responsibilities

  • Maximize the success of the practice through retention of clients, optimizing local client satisfaction through increased coordination of service teams.

  • Increase revenues through more effective sales efforts for expansion and new business.

  • Improve ROI through more focused management of client account profitability.

  • Drive growth my leveraging colleague resources within each local market in the managed care space.

  • Develop and communicate the overall practice strategy and performance against established goals to the managed care colleague teams.

  • Develop innovative solutions for the industry issues including work with various sister companies.

  • Work with internal resources such as specialty, placement, and client consulting groups for the benefit of clients and prospects.

  • Network among the senior level executives of clients and prospects in order to become known as the one ultimately responsible for the account.

National Practice Leader, Healthcare Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA and/or JD preferred.

  • 12-15 years minimum of industry experience.

  • Must be experienced in the Managed Care Industry and have demonstrated effective management and growth abilities.
